I am deeply honoured that you have joined our little network. Suswaagataam!
I hope you experiment with singing the gita while playing kartals just as we do in kirtan - we use a nursery-rhyme tune and by keeping the tempo slow we can get everyone present to join in! Romamized sanskrit is miraculously simple, and the red slashes are very helpful in subtly guiding us which syllables to draaaag..
It is very absorbing, highly educational, and essy to promote as a Cultural event thus cutting thru many sectarian institutional boundaries, yet still preaching effectively!
And for children / beginners, use the karaoke version of the gita and slow it down by 30% and even young kids can sing along - it boosts their reading skills and confidence (esp if we tell them) every letter has only ONE sound.... 'a' is like in Hare and it never changes....unlike in English, 'a' has at least five different sounds: apple; april, always; argue; another...... so English spelling confuses but romanized sanskrt helps us dive deep into spiritual sound vibes with less anxiety!
Please acfept my humble obeisances prabhu. All glories to Srila Prabhupada and his divne books!
How is everything with you, I picked interest on you after going through your short profile and deemed it necessary to write you immediately. I have something very vital to disclose to you, but I found it difficult to express myself here, since it's a public site.Could you please get back to me on:( firstname.lastname@example.org ) for the full details.
Have a nice day
Thanks God bless
